The X-Ray Specs is a gadget in Jetpack Joyride. This gadget allows Barry to see what's inside a Vehicle Pickup and also examines scientists (with the humorous effect of being able to see them in their underwear), missiles, Spin Tokens and other items.

- Scientists: The outline of a person, the scientists without clothes (except underwear) and text. Their faces still cannot be seen through their helmets, however. For unknown reasons, the tall or overweight scientists do not appear in the lab when this gadget is equipped.

Trivia[]
- The X-Ray Specs strongly resemble a “Scouter” from the popular anime Dragon Ball Z. The scouter would enable the wearer to scan a life form, much like this gadget in Jetpack Joyride. The Scouter design ties in with the Powered Up Hair and Super Suit, both more references to Dragon Ball Z.
