Back to the Future is an event made in collaboration with the Back to the Future franchise, as part of its 30th anniversary. The event and its bundles are no longer available because the license contract expired.
To unlock new items it's necessary to buy the Future Forever Pack for $10.00, that includes the DeLorean Time Machine and Hoverboard vehicles, Amped Up '85 Guitar Jetpack and the background Hill Valley 2015. 3 unique costumes based on Doctor Emmett Brown, Biff Tannen and Marty McFly are available for free by playing the event.
Gameplay[]
While playing the event, you are restricted to the Marty McFly Head and Body and Amped Up '85 Guitar Jetpack. You also can't equip any Gadgets or Power-Ups, vehicle pickups drop only two vehicles; the DeLorean Time Machine and Hoverboard, and the background is also restricted to Hallway and Hill Valley 2015. The background music is replaced with a unique track, based on the song "The Power of Love" from the movie. Like in Cut & Run, there is a timer that kills you once it ends. Collecting Flux Capacitors adds a bonus of 5 seconds to the timer. Collecting them also allows you to unlock unique costumes related to the event. From 2019 onward it's possible to ride the Strong Arm Machine (with the Steam Powered skin) by collecting S.A.M. tokens or watching an advertisement at the start or end of a run.
